The Malawi Washington Foundation is a membership-based organization registered as 501 (c) 3 organization registered in the District of Columbia. Since 2009, the Foundation has been raising funds to support girls' education in developing nations, providing disaster relief and other support to vulnerable populations. So far, MWF has supported at least 10 girls from secondary to tertiary education,  has provided food relief to those affected by floods, and has recently raised money to purchase PPE for Malawi.
