Richard Brothers Financial Advisors is raising money to benefit Maine Adaptive Sports & Recreation (Maine Adaptive) - we hope that you will consider a donation to support their equipment and programming needs.

Did you know that the expense of adaptive sports equipment can limit the opportunities for many? 

The use of the solo-rider (pictured) enables adaptive athletes to experience independence at play on the links. This piece of equipment alone may cost nearly $10,000. The impact on a round of golf, however, is priceless.


Maine Adaptive promotes year-round education and training for individuals with disabilities in order to develop skills, enhance independence, and provide enjoyment through active recreation. Instruction, equipment and access are provided to participant athletes regardless of ability to pay, so each dollar raised helps Maine Adaptive to deliver even more impact to more individuals.

Maine Adaptive currently offers experiences in a variety of sports ranging from Alpine Skiing & Snowboard, Cycling, Climbing, Golf, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Nordic Skiing & Snowshoeing, Paddling, Pickleball, and Tennis.
