Since Feb. 24, 2022, Ukraine has been engulfed in a war that cast a bleak veil of chaos, fear, and terror over the civilians of the region. From the very first day of the war, Ukraine's teachers of Transcendental Meditation (TM), have been committed to supporting their people and especially the women of Ukraine who are now the backbone of society. Women must maintain their vitality in mind and body—more than ever the need for resilience and inner calm is crucial while the strain of war continues.

The practice of TM offers a lifeline by managing stress, trauma, and fear which erodes one's health and the will to continue living each day. We can not wait until the war is over to heal the deep wounds of destruction especially now for the women who are left to manage their homes, family, and society.

Hello. We are Jamie Grant (Ed.D. from Harvard and a teacher of Transcendental Meditation) and Asha Sharma (high school science teacher and Ph.D. candidate at Maharishi International University). We are leading a team researching the impact of Transcendental Meditation (TM) on migraines and seek your support for our groundbreaking study, which could transform migraine treatment.

Migraines affect nearly one billion people worldwide, causing significant disability. While drugs are the primary treatment, they don't work for everyone, can have side effects, and are often expensive. We're investigating TM as a non-pharmacological alternative.

Our preliminary survey of 335 TM practitioners with migraine history showed promising results:

· 19% said that migraine ended entirely

· The percentage of those experiencing intense migraine dropped by 2/3 after learning TM.

· More than 50% reported that TM practice led to cessation or reduction of aura, could prevent migraine onset, and reduced the intensity of migraine after it had started.

These findings justify a more rigorous study. We're conducting a three-month pilot study with 30 participants experiencing monthly 6-14 migraine days. We'll measure migraine frequency, intensity, and impact on functionality. We need to raise $20,000 to complete our $31,700 budget. Your contribution will cover the cost of TM training. Hi. I'm Rasha Al Bitar. That’s me in front. I am 23 years old, about to graduate from Lebanese University Faculty of Technology with a degree in Communication and Computer Network Engineering. While the tech world excites me, discovering Transcendental Meditation (TM) has profoundly changed my life. TM has brought me immense inner calm and clarity, acting as a natural stress-buster, as well as its positive impact on myself from natural law support.

My goal is to introduce TM to hospitals, schools, universities, and our security forces. Imagine students feeling less overwhelmed and managing pressure better. Picture security forces on the frontlines of daily stress, finding moments of inner peace. Hospital patients and staff finding relief from anxiety and a stressful environment. That's the kind of change I dream of creating by introducing TM to our communities.

Becoming a certified TM teacher will not only deepen my own practice and knowledge but also enhance my ability to share this technique effectively. Your support will help me spread the gift of TM to create positive change in our community.

I’m Jana Raydan, a Lebanese University student studying psychology. Learning Transcendental Meditation was a defining moment in my life. It has altered every aspect of it tremendously and still does.

Becoming a certified teacher will help me spread this technique efficiently and change lives positively. The Assembly is about to begin in just days! The support of well-wishers has helped make all this possible, including that more than 1,000 Maharishi Vedic Pandits and more than 6,000 Indian TM-Sidhas are joining the Assembly - plus 4,300 people from 114 countries coming from outside India, many from all groups needing scholarships.

As we draw near to the start of the Assembly, we are facing the final costs to deliver a quality of facility that will support the deep experiences necessary to create the desired effect. It has become clear that the final all-in the costs for the Assembly will create a shortfall of approximately 10% beyond our original plans. This despite the tireless work of our volunteers and administrators.

We need additional financial support now for those coming on scholarships. If our dear family of supporters could possibly make one final contribution of a size they are comfortable with, we will be able to cover the shortfall.
