Hello fellow kitty lovers…The Madison-Greene Humane Society needs your help! We are a nonprofit, no kill cat rescue facility located in Ruckersville Virginia.

We are funded only by grants and our wonderful donors. We pay for all veterinary care as well as spay/neuter surgery expenses and medications. The extraordinary number of kittens that have come to us this summer has increased our expenses to a significant degree and we are desperate to keep up.

These kittens all need to be spayed or neutered so they can be adopted into their forever homes. This happy result is a large part of our overall mission. Every dollar will help and every dollar will be greatly appreciated.

The Madison Greene Humane Society is a No Kill Cat Shelter that
Provides a safe haven for abused , surrendered, and Abandoned 
cats. Up until recently, We provided a low cost spay and neuter clinic
every week, operated by our beloved  veterinarian , DR. John Hayes.
on May.18th, DR. Hayes passed away, and we have been forced to close our  spay/neuter clinic. We are working very hard to find a new veterinarian and open up our clinic to provide our much needed services of a low cost spay/neuter clinic
to the Greene community, and surrounding communities.
in the interim, We have continued to take in abandoned animals,
surrendered, sick and injured animals from the communities.
without Dr.Hayes we are forced to bring these animals to private vet care  for treatment , and the cost is rapidly depleting our funds. We run almost solely on donations and grants and this is why we are pleading for your help. 

 donation in any amount would be so appreciated, this would help us keep our doors open and provide the much needed veterinary care
 and adopting out these wonderful animals.
