WOTW empowers and equips women through global partnerships and by providing conferences and leadership coaching. WOTW strengthens women spiritually and in their leadership skills so they attain their full potential for maximum impact in their arena of influence. No only does WOTW meet the needs of women through spiritual empowerment but also through very practical methods such as literacy programs, job skill training, and rescuing both boys and girls from abandonment and trafficking.
