Our community is grieving the loss of 21 beloved dogs who tragically lost their lives at a local boarding facility. These innocent lives were taken far too soon, and our hearts are with every family who is mourning.
In this time of unimaginable heartbreak, Lucky Puppy Rescue and Almost Home are coming together to offer love, compassion, and support. We know that grief has no timeline, and nothing can replace the dogs who were lost. But when—and only if—the families touched by this tragedy feel ready to welcome a new companion, both rescues will be covering adoption fees in honor of the 21 lives lost.
To make this possible, we are inviting our animal-loving community to help sponsor these adoptions. By contributing, you are not only honoring the memory of the dogs we lost, but also giving the gift of healing and hope to families when they’re ready.
