In Loving Memory of Floyd Godwin

Floyd Godwin was a loving husband, father, grandfather, teacher, coach, and friend. Floyd's dedication to education and youth was evident throughout his long and fulfilling career as a teacher and coach at Louisville Middle School. Floyd always saw the best in his students. He was known for his unwavering optimism and kindness. He loved being part of the LMS "House of Pride" where he worked alongside cherished colleagues who were deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of students.

Floyd, passed away peacefully on August 9th, surrounded by his family. A service celebrating Floyd's life will be held on Sunday, September 15th at 1:30 PM in the chapel at Grace Commons 1820 15th Street, Boulder, CO 80302.

The family has kindly requested that any donations be made to Louisville Middle School PTO to help continue Floyd Godwin’s legacy of supporting education and athletics at LMS.
