Support Lost Boyz Inc: Empowering Youth, Changing Lives
At Lost Boyz Inc., we believe in the power of sports, mentorship, and community to transform the lives of youth in under-resourced Chicago neighborhoods. Since our founding, we've provided safe spaces for young people to grow through baseball and softball, educational programs, workforce development, and emotional support. Our mission is to reduce violence, provide opportunity, and create lasting impact through consistent, caring engagement.
But today, *we need your help*.
Like many grassroots nonprofits across the country, we are facing unprecedented challenges due to shrinking funding sources, economic uncertainty, and shifting donor priorities. Despite our proven success in changing lives and building safer communities, we’re seeing drastic cuts in the very resources that make our work possible. Public and private funding streams are drying up, and many youth-serving organizations like ours are being forced to scale back — or shut down entirely.
At Lost Boyz, we refuse to let our kids become casualties of these systemic challenges.
We are launching this GoFundMe to raise critical funds that will keep our doors open and our programs running strong. Your donation will go directly toward:
* Hiring and retaining trained mentors and staff
* Purchasing equipment and uniforms for our baseball and softball teams
* Providing healthy meals, transportation, and enrichment programming
* Covering essential administrative and facility costs
* Sustaining year-round youth support and community engagement efforts
Every dollar helps us protect the dreams of the young people we serve — kids who are navigating poverty, violence, and lack of opportunity, but who show up ready to learn, play, and grow.
We are asking for your support to ensure that Lost Boyz Inc. doesn’t become another lost non profit. With your help, we can continue to be a beacon of hope in a system that often overlooks our youth.
Please donate, share, and stand with us as we fight for the future of our young people.
Thank you,
The Lost Boyz Inc. Family
