SUMMER STORM!!!!! ️️
Along with the five Shelties recently brought into our rescue, all requiring full medical care, we received an urgent call from upstate Animal Control about a family with multiple Shelties. The family had suffered significant medical setbacks, leaving them unable to care for their large number of dogs. Immediate help was needed to ensure the well-being of these Shelties. We coordinated with four of our sister rescues to assist in their care. Thanks to our transport team for facilitating their journey to New Jersey and LISSR.
Long Island Shetland Sheepdog Rescue, Inc. a non profit and we are raising funds for 9 Shelties that recently came into our care. We are dedicated to rescuing and rehoming Shetland Sheepdogs in need, ensuring they find loving homes and receive the care they deserve. Every donation helps support this vital work, allowing us to come together as a community and make a real difference in the lives of these wonderful dogs.
