Join F45 Bay Shore: Support PFY's Mission - June 2025
In 1993, Long Island Crisis Center started PFY (formerly Pride for Youth) at a time when support and outreach to LGBTQ+ youth on Long Island were virtually non-existent. PFY has grown to encompass multiple services addressing many of the needs of LGBTQ+ youth and their families.
PFY is a service and an advocate for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer/questioning (LGBTQ+) individuals. Their mission is to enhance the health and wellness of the LGBTQ+ community through education, supportive services and personal development.
Join F45 Training Bay Shore in supporting PFY at our Pride class on Saturday, June 29th. Everyone who makes a donation of $10 or more and attends class will receive an F45 Bay Shore Pride shirt.
