Loaves & Fishes Ministry of Macon is celebrating a birthday. We are 57 years old this October.
Loaves & Fishes is a sanctuary in the heart of Macon whose mission it is to serve and improve the quality of life for the poor and homeless in Middle Georgia. (www.loavesandfishesministry.org)
Loaves & Fishes Ministry bridges the gap when times turn tough, offering a hand up, not just a handout. Some of their vital programs are:
Operation Self-Reliance - We help clients navigate the difficult path to obtaining a valid ID and birth certificate, which can be the first step to getting back on the road to self-reliance. Helping clients achieve self-reliance is our #1 goal.
