Donate for Lipizzan Rescue's Urgent Horse Care
Here at the Lipizzan Rescue Foundation, we recently took into our care a family of 6 senior horses who were found to be severely neglected and emaciated. Four have been moved to a temporary foster home where they are getting stronger by the day. Two currently remain under veterinary care—one for rehabilitation after undergoing eye removal surgery as a result of a severe corneal ulcer, and the other for treatment of a serious skin condition (once healed he will be put into basic training to improve his chance for successful adoption).
We kindly ask you to consider making a charitable donation to support our urgent need for food, transportation, medical care, and rehabilitation for these horses. For this herd alone, we have set a budget of $10,000. ($6,000 has already been expended—a breakdown of care and treatment for each horse is available on our website www.lipizzanrescuefoundation.org)
Any contribution you can offer will be deeply appreciated and will go directly towards providing the care these horses so desperately need after enduring far too long without proper support.
