BOOK DRIVE for Ray's Place Community Center
Help us empower young readers at Ray's Place Community Center on N 6th Street in Susquehanna Township and Northern Harrisburg! We want to improve the lives of students and families by enabling us to purchase, use, and share books with our students!
We want to better our classroom library with new and diverse books of fiction, graphic novels, and informational texts for our FREE Tuesday night reading programs (5-7pm at Ray's). We work with local teachers and districts to offer ELA-focused instruction, activities, and send home kids with great books to read through the week.
Ray's Place Community Center is a ministry through Linglestown Life. We reach families in our district and neighborhood and your gift empowers their children to flourish!
