Families Together Festival
The Families Together Festival is a celebration of the power of family! We believe that all families have the right to be together and we seek to support organizations that protect and ensure this right. This event will raise support and awareness of two organizations:
Immigrant Families Together
Lighthouse Immigrant Advocates
The Festival will be held at the Holland Civic Center, 3-6pm on October 20 and will include food trucks, auction items, live music, kids activities and a kids art show. Lighthouse Immigrant Advocates will also be there with interactive opportunities for families to engage in the conversation around immigration.
This event is not put on by one single organization or church - it's a combined effort of individuals in the community who have decided to take action in the midst of a situation that at times, seems hopeless. We want to provide a way for people to feel involved in the conversation on a practical level.
