My name is Basma, and I'm reaching out for your help. My uncle, Nabil Farah, his wife Ola, and their three children are Palestinian Christians living in constant fear in war-torn Gaza.
A Life Uprooted
Nabil and Ola built a happy life in northern Gaza. Their children were thriving in school, and they enjoyed peace and stability as a family. However, the war that began in October 2023 shattered their world.
Forced to Flee
Fleeing their bombed home with just a few belongings, they sought refuge at the Holy Family Church for over six months. Now, with their home destroyed and livelihoods lost (Nabil was head of the prosthetics department, and Ola was a teacher), they face an uncertain future. Bashar is their eldest son and he's in his 2nd year of college, he has not been able to attend since early October because his college in Gaza has been bombed. Samer is in the 12th grade and he has not been able to finish high school due to his high school also being bombed. Zaher is in 10th grade and his school is also bombed and he has been able to attend. None of the boys have passports to be able to leave. They would require a passport however this has not been easy since all services are shut down.
Desperately Seeking Safety and a New Beginning
Persistent concerns about safety, access to essential resources like food, water, and electricity continually haunt them. Their aspiration is to depart Gaza and forge a fresh existence in a secure location. Yet, the intricacies of obtaining passports and the challenge of finding assistance from embassies have thwarted their efforts thus far.
How You Can Help?
We are raising $50,000 to help Nabil's family relocate and start over. Every donation, big or small, brings them closer to a future free from fear. The ultimate goal is to leave Gaza and start over somewhere safe however due to the situation with their passports and not having the ability to migrate to any country, they will use these funds to repair their home and stay in Gaza.
100% of donations through Levant Ministries for this campaign will go to fund this cause.
Please donate today and help Nabil, Ola, and their children find peace and security.
