About Les Dames D Escoffier International of New Orleans Inc

We are a philanthropic organization of women leaders in the fields of food, beverage and hospitality. Our membership, composed of over 2,300 members in 45 chapters currently in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Mexico, is highly diversified and reflects the multifaceted fields of contemporary gastronomy and hospitality. We founded our New Orleans chapter in 2017 and have already grown to 47 members including chefs, makers and growers, bakers, marketing pros, restaurant owners, bartenders and bar chefs, butchers, writers and more. Les Dames d'Escoffier New Orleans works as a catalyst to educate, advance and support women in all areas of hospitality.
