About Learning Institute of Family Eduction, Inc. (LIFE)

Learning Institute of Family Education (LIFE), founded in 1992, grew out of the need to reduce the number of broken families due to erosion of marriage throughout the past four decades. The ever-increasing number of out-of-wedlock births, fatherless homes, single parents, and low marriage rates have contributed to the demise of the nuclear family. These have had a large-scale negative effect on both children and adult. LIFE is dedicated to providing marriage and premarital training to: 1) increase quality of relationships, (2) increase healthy two-parent families that will help children meet their full potential, (3) decrease the alternative for divorce among married couples, (4) reduce cohabitation, and (5) prepare youth with relationship and life skills that will lay the foundation for the future. LIFE?s goals are to increase the number of two-parent families and to reduce out-of-wedlock childbearing.
