LeadMinds Africa www.leadmindsafrica.org is focused on bridging the skills gap, solving youth unemployment, and addressing the lack of practical leadership education programs, especially in schools across Uganda. We strongly believe that young people have potential, what is missing is mentorship and opportunity.
We are impacting the lives of more than 200 young leaders monthly with an opportunity to reach more, equipping them with life, job readiness, and leadership skills through mentorship, leadership, and entrepreneurship training so that they can bring about transformative change in their communities. We have cultivated partnerships with 77 schools and our goal in 2023 is to sustain the impact and deepen our programming.
Your donation goes directly to our program activities that impact young people’s lives enabling them to unleash their full potential.
Let me tell you about Gideon, a student leader at Hermitage Community Secondary and Vocational community center, one of the schools we partner with. He is only 16 years old but our values-based leadership curriculum program has made it possible for him to learn more about self-awareness. That is what changes a boy's life and leads him into becoming the leader that his community needs to thrive.
