Leadership Pasadena develops collaborative, forward-thinking leaders who embrace diverse perspectives and build resilient, equitable communities and organizations. Serving the Pasadena and Altadena area, we build community through collaboration with key civic and nonprofit partners with an eye towards equity. Partners include the City of Pasadena, Pasadena Unified School District, Young & Healthy, Harambee Ministries, Ability First, and countless other local entities.
