ECB Turns 1, Support the LMH NICU!
On January 9th, 2017, Elizabeth Claire Bell surprised us all and decided to enter the world... 2 months early. We were scared and terrified of what would come next. Thankfully, we were exactly where Elizabeth needed to be: the Lankenau Memorial Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Elizabeth spent the first 57 days of her life in the NICU. The days were incredibly long and those 57 days felt like forever. Thankfully, we were supported each day by the great nurses and doctors in the NICU. Their endless support, answers to our questions, and love that they showed Elizabeth is why we consider them all heroes.
On March 7, one day after her original due date, Elizabeth came home! She's now a happy, healthy, and spunky little girl. We can't believe she's almost a year old! Our life is infinitely better with her.
As we reflect on the past year, we would like to raise money in honor of Elizabeth turning 1. In leiu of gifts, please consider giving to support the incredible work of the nurses, doctors, and staff at the Lankenau Memorial Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. All of the moneys raised will be used towards materials and equipment benefitting future children.
