LA Leche League of the United States of America (LLL KANSAS)

Our Mission is to help mothers worldwide to breastfeed through mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information, and education, and to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of the baby and mother. La Leche League of Kansas, Inc. provides these services to the mothers and babies throughout Kansas. La Leche League of Kansas is a subordinate of the 501(c)3 La Leche League International and as such is privileged to welcome tax exempt donations and funding to continue to provide these services, free of charge, to mothers and babies. Our iconic mother-to-mother support is provided by accredited volunteers who are experienced breastfeeding mothers who have completed a vigorous and thorough training program. Accredited volunteers (Leaders) provide support by offering local discussion meetings, phone call, text/email, and social media venues.
