Out Mission
Korean Paws Rescue is a small but mighty 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to saving Korean dogs from kill shelters, puppy mills, and dog meat trade and finding their forever homes in the US.
Founded in 2020, our 100% volunteer-based, women-run, cross-continent team hit a 100-adoption milestone in the height of our on-going global pandemic. Today we remain an ethical and transparent group focused on finding the best family fit for any dog that comes into our care no matter their breed, age or rehabilitation needs.
A Second Chance for a Very Special Dog
Our Oreo was originally pulled from Incheon kill shelter in August of 2020 thanks to our fearless rescuers. Oreo and our team have been waiting for a very long time to find him the best forever home he deserves and finally found him an amazing family in Maryland last month. Unfortunately, Oreo has a little too much love packed in his 83lbs of weight and needs a special (and expensive) flight arrangement via KLM Airlines.
Please support Oreo and KPR so that we can fly Oreo via cargo and help him meet his family eagerly waiting for his arrival. By helping us reach our $5,500 goal, you’ll be making the biggest difference in Oreo's life and keeping him company as he sets his foot in his new life in MD.
