Know To Grow, Inc. is a nonprofit organization in Miami with a mission to build bright futures by preparing young people for professional success. Last summer, we launched our very first career pathway program for high school students, introducing them to the world of accounting and finance. With limited funding but a lot of heart, we mentored students, connected them with professionals, and helped them see a future they didn’t know was possible.

Now, we’re gearing up for our second cohort starting July 1, 2025—and we need your help.

This summer program is more than classroom learning. It’s a hands-on experience that includes:

✅ Career exploration and exposure to the CPA profession

✅ Skill-building workshops on financial literacy, business, and entrepreneurship

✅ Field trips to CPA firms, colleges, and local businesses

✅ Guest speakers, mentors, and professional role models

✅ Ongoing support to build confidence and long-term career goals

We already have student applicants eager to begin this journey—but we can’t do it without your support.

Your donation will help us cover:

Transportation to field trips and open houses

Workshop materials and technology access

Meals and supplies for students

Guest speaker and mentor coordination

Program staffing and administration
