Kitty Haven Sanctuary and Rescue is a 501C non-profit shelter that needs help desperately, financially! Please help us. We operate solely on donations. 100% of all donations go to the cats and their needs.

My mom, Candy, has rescued and saved cats for 39 years. She has adopted out more than 22,000 cats. Mom is 81 years old, crippled with Rheumatoid Arthritis, can hardly walk, and her hands are so crippled that we don't know how she manages to do anything. When it comes to her beautiful, loving babies, she asks God to give her strength and walk with her, and HE does. She is now at a point where she can't do fundraisers because of COVID and a lack of volunteers to help. It's been a terrible year. The rain and wind storms have knocked over 3 large trees, which damaged one of our cat shelter buildings. We get lots of cats dumped off that need medical attention. We have kittens that need medicine, older cats that have been hurt or abused also need medical attention or medical intervention. Medical expenses are costly. Most are from $1000.00 to $4000.00, depending on the problem. Recently many cats have needed full-mouth dental extractions or other dental work. We have had cats that need ear oblations at $2000.00. Other cats that have been blinded need medical surgery, which is also very expensive. The list goes on. 

Unfortunately, animals hurt or abused are helpless, cannot fend for themselves, and often become casualties. That is why we need your help! It is more crucial now than ever. Please help us save these precious cats' lives in our shelter. "Unseen they suffer; unheard they cry; in agony they linger, and in loneliness they die."

Older cats that are not adoptable live in our sanctuary for the rest of their lives. We love them and take good care of them. All our animals are loved and treated like family. If we don't get financial support soon, our sanctuary will have to close, and it is with a heavy heart that we don't know what will happen to them. Mom has helped many people and their cats throughout the country over the years, and she desperately needs your help. She lives to help save them and gives them a chance for a loving new life
