We are King of Kings Christian Assembly. A place where love works! Our ministry was Established in Springfield, Illinois 25 years ago we purchased the old juvenile detention center at 520 S. Livingston Street it is now a place where people are being released to live a divinely inspired life.

We pour into the community by providing meals to the downtrodden, sick, shut-in, and unhoused at various agencies throughout the city. We house The FIRM Family Foundation that offers a weekly hot meal, twice weekly bread giveaway and monthly food pantry. We bring spiritual guidance and companionship to several local senior living communities. Providing seniors an opportunity to sing, study the Bible, pray and fellowship.

We want to extend our reach to the youth! We have a gym and fellowship hall that could be providing valuable programs and safe, wholesome and fun events they can attend. However, these areas, along with the sanctuary and restrooms are in need of extensive repair. Most pressing is our roof, it’s leaking has caused holes in the ceiling of our entryway and sanctuary.

Thanks to contributions of members and friends we have reached a major milestone in getting it repaired, but we still need help to remedy all the collateral damage from the multiple leaks in the roof.
