Kids Cancer Foundation

Kilos Against Cancer is proud to partner with Category 5 Weightlifting for the 2026 Tampa Open Weightlifting Meet at the Florida FitFest. This marks the 8th annual Kilos Against Cancer event, bringing the weightlifting community together to make an impact both on and off the platform.

This year, we are honored to be raising funds for the Kids Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing hope, support, and critical services to children and families battling childhood cancer. Through programs including family support services, educational assistance, social activities, and financial relief, the Kids Cancer Foundation helps families navigate the challenges that come with pediatric cancer treatment.

This year’s fundraising effort will feature a team-based structure, with clubs and gyms represented by athletes competing in the 2026 Tampa Open. We encourage everyone supporting the event to rally behind their team and help us raise as much as possible for an incredible cause.
