Our mission is to bring smiles to children battling cancer or other debilitating illnesses by providing costumes, dress up, pajamas, outfits and accessories to Dell Children's Hospital, Blood and Cancer Center and St. Jude Children's Hospital.  We will work with other charities and organizations to raise awareness for childhood cancer. 
This started when Katrina was going through treatment and she saw all the children in the hospital. Katrina wanted to help them get their treatments and be a kid.
