Help bring Selma home!
I am a service veteran and partnered with K9 Guardians for the perfect companion.
K9 Guardians is a 501c3 nonprofit whose mission is to raise and train German Shepherds as Service Dogs for the purpose of providing them to veterans of war that suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and other service related disabilities.
Leisa paired me, a combat veteran on the East Coast, with Selma, a life-companion on the West Coast when she was just a puppy. Leisa has a passion to help service members like me find the right companion. She raises litters from birth to be dedicated service animals and her work saves lives. With COVID restrictions and reduction in training staff Selma's training slowed drastically. Leisa, a now team of one, needs our help to get Selma and her brothers trained and out to Veterans.
I'm raising money to benefit K9 Guardians Inc, to help complete Selma's training, raise awareness for other veterans and their dogs, and get Selma from California to Virginia. Any tax deductible donation will help make an impact to me and many veterans awaiting their companion. Thank you for your contribution.
