Journey Foundation

The Journey Foundation exists to invest in individuals, families, and organizations throughout our community through acts of service, financial assistance, and special events in the Leander/Cedar Park area. We have sponsored a fundraiser called Kindling The Passion for many years in which we supported Leander Independent School Districts efforts to enable teachers to attend a course called Capturing Kids Hearts -- a retreat designed to encourage, rejuvenate, and guide teachers as they work with our most important asset -- our children. Another area of focus we have moved into is supporting orphans in the Central Texas area in foster care. One aspect of this is providing support to local chapters of Kids Outdoor Zone, an organization that provides skill building in outdoor activities as well as mentoring for boys from 8-18.
