Jobs4U, Inc.

Jobs4U is a 501(c)3 non-profit employment training program serving Florida’s Okaloosa and Walton Counties. We teach employment skills to individuals with unique employment needs in order to enhance vocational independence and promote growth within the community. 

Jobs4U’s mission is to help anyone with a barrier to securing competitive employment, and to assist them in developing job skills. The individuals we serve include persons with disabilities, disabled veterans, individuals with career transitions or resume gaps, homeless adults, and under-employed adults.



Our dream has been to establish a café (“The Café…brought to you by Jobs4U”) and training program to provide job-training services to underserved individuals with unique needs. Employees will be able to practice job skills, such as money management and teamwork, as they run The Café. They will also learn about nutrition and cooking, as they prepare fresh coffee, healthy comfort food, and grab-and-go meal options. Jobs4U will have an on-site vegetable garden that will support The Café. The Café will also be offered as a community meeting place and will offer cooking and nutrition classes.

The Café will be accessible to everyone, exceeding the minimum requirements of ADA. We worked closely with our architect to create an open floor plan with a functional kitchen to provide an accessible safe space for all guests and employees.  

We are currently in the planning phase of construction. Your donation will directly contribute to the building and furnishing of The Café.
