Since 2021, Iowa has become a new home for many Afghan families seeking safety and a fresh start. As they adjust to life in a new country, they dream of a place that connects them to their faith and strengthens their community—a masjid and community center to serve as a beacon of hope and unity.
This center will offer:
• A masjid for prayer and worship, fostering spiritual growth.
• Quran classes and Tajweed programs for children and adults alike.
• Youth mentorship programs, instilling Islamic values and positive guidance.
• Family counseling and workshops, supporting strong, healthy relationships.
• Community gatherings, providing companionship, celebration, and support for all.
Led by esteemed scholars like Shaykh Alhaj Mohammad Wasil, Qari Khairullah Khairkhwah, and Qari Rabihullah Mohammadi, this space will nurture faith and unity for generations.
