This year I decided to once again dedicate my fundraising efforts to benefit the International OCD Foundation. This organization improves the quality of care, resources, awareness and education for those living with Obsessive-Compulsive and related disorders.

Hi, I’m Bart Myrda, and I’m raising awareness for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)—a condition that’s deeply misunderstood. Many people think OCD is just about being neat or organized. The reality is much deeper and more painful, affecting millions who suffer in silence.

To help end the stigma, I’m running a half marathon while launching the #NotJustNeat Challenge—a movement encouraging people to share imperfect moments and embrace real conversations around OCD.

All funds raised will go to support the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF).
