Mission: Promoting the wellbeing of infants, young children and their families through advocacy, community relationships, education and professional development. The promotion of optimum early childhood mental health as a component of all family service systems. ITMHCA is a statewide coalition that provides education, networking and workforce development in the field of early childhood. As a founding member of the Alliance for the Advancement for Infant Mental Health, ITMHCA connects with professionals across the country and internationally to organize policy and outreach efforts.
