As many in the Boise community are now becoming aware, there have been a string of pet related thefts in the area that may be linked to an online account of an individual located in Boise that is live streaming the murder of those stolen pets. As recently reported by KTVB on June 16, The Idaho Humane Society is working with Local Law Enforcement to identify the individual responsible for the theft, maiming and heinous murder of these pets.
These unthinkable acts may find us in utter disbelief and can leave us feeling helpless or paralyzed. This brazen evil is here in Boise and as a community we cannot cower to it or be made less by its existence. Together, we are stronger than these sickening acts of cowardice and hate. We can stand together with the Idaho Humane Society and support their efforts to swiftly identify and bring these individuals to justice. Any showing of support, big or small, sends a clear message to those involved “You are not welcome here and this community will not stand for this.”. Join us in this fight before more acts of senseless violence occur and before these individuals continue on their sick path bring harm to humans.
This Go Fund Me account is established to do the following with all proceeds going to the Idaho Humane Society in their partnership with Law Enforcement:
1) To offer reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of guilty individuals involved with the string of theft and horrific murder Boise area pets.
2) In such instance that law enforcement identifies individual(s) through normal course of investigation the Idaho Humane Society can use these funds to supplement prosecution efforts of said individuals, community education and outreach related to humane animal treatment or abuse, or any other function they may deem necessary to fulfill the delivery of their mission.
