I’m Dienesia Paynes, a foster care survivor who knows the pain of being abandoned by the system. Too many foster youth age out with nowhere to go—left homeless, jobless, and struggling with the trauma of abuse and neglect. The scars of foster care don’t fade when they turn 18. Many suffer from deep emotional and mental wounds that make it even harder to build a stable life.
That’s why I founded the I Love You Foundation—to provide housing, job training, mentorship, and mental health support to help these young adults not just survive, but truly heal and thrive. No one should have to navigate life alone simply because the system failed them.
The funds raised through this GoFundMe will go directly toward housing assistance, job training programs, therapy services, transportation, mentorship, and basic essentials like food and clothing.
