The I-CONNECT Foundation aims to: serve the older population by connecting socially isolated older adults to our community, help enhance the quality of life and promote brain health through meaningful one-to-one conversations.
Our program pairs older people with trained volunteers for fun and engaging video chats. We use the materials developed by the National Institute on Health (NIH)-funded study.
