**Help Us Take a Neuro-Affirming Message on the Road: Summer 2027 Book Tour**
In 2027, my book on raising autistic boys will be released into the world.
But this book was never meant to sit quietly on a shelf.
It was written for families, educators, autistic people, community leaders, librarians, therapists, advocates, and anyone who believes autistic boys deserve more than correction, compliance, and survival. They deserve compassion. They deserve dignity. They deserve relationships built on trust. They deserve a future where they are not forced to mask their way into being loved.
That is why we are planning a Summer 2027 book tour rooted in community.
Rather than focusing only on big cities, major institutions, or traditional publicity stops, we want to go where our extended community already is. We want to visit independent bookstores, libraries, disability organizations, parent groups, schools, colleges, community centers, and small gatherings where this message can make a real difference.
This tour is about more than promoting a book. It is about building conversations.
It is about sitting with parents who are trying to understand their autistic sons with more compassion. It is about supporting educators who want to do better but need better tools. It is about helping communities move away from shame-based approaches and toward neuro-affirming care, connection, and possibility.
Your support will help cover travel, lodging, gas, event materials, accessibility needs, book-related outreach, and the practical costs of getting this message to the people who need it.
We are especially hoping to reach independent bookstores and community spaces that do not always have the budget to bring in authors, speakers, or disability advocates. With your help, we can say yes to more places, including smaller towns, rural communities, and grassroots organizations that are often left out of national conversations.
Every gift helps.
A donation of any size helps us get one step closer to another bookstore, another parent group, another classroom, another community conversation.
And if you cannot give financially, you can still be a huge part of this work.
Please consider sharing this fundraiser with your network. Even one share could connect us with a bookstore owner, librarian, teacher, parent, advocate, or community organizer who can help make an event happen.
You can also help by connecting us with a venue. If you know an independent bookstore, library, community group, college, nonprofit, school, church, disability organization, or local gathering space that might want to host a neuro-affirming conversation around raising autistic boys, we would love to hear from you.
This book began with love, lived experience, research, and a deep belief that autistic boys do not need to be fixed into someone else’s version of success.
They need to be understood.
They need to be supported.
They need adults who believe that compassion is not weakness, accommodation is not indulgence, and difference is not failure.
Help us take that message on the road in Summer 2027.
Donate if you can. Share if you cannot. Connect us with a venue if you know one.
Together, we can build a tour that is not just about a book, but about changing the way communities understand, raise, teach, and love autistic boys.
