Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh (HARP) is one of Pennsylvania’s leading animal welfare organizations. With two low-cost veterinary centers, HARP treats over 6,500 pets and performs 7,000+ spay/neuter surgeries annually. Its Wildlife Rehabilitation Center aids 4,000+ injured and orphaned wildlife from 100+ species each year. HARP is committed to enhancing animal welfare, supporting pet owners, and safeguarding native wildlife.
