Hospitality House of the Boone Area Inc.

I have been a part of Hospitality House for two years. I see how they save people. Two hundred and sixty are NOT homeless because of their work. Believe me, they work their butts off, cooking meals, holding Turkey Trots and Merle fest to raise money. And I see the white bearded geezers living at one of their facilities. We had to move baby diaper boxes and those old guy were strong.

The Finmore at 241, a student housing community managed by PeakMade Real Estate, is home to many Appalachian State University students dedicated to making a positive impact in Boone, NC. This year, we're launching the Fingiving 2024 Thanksgiving Food Drive to support Hospitality House, a local homeless shelter serving families and individuals in need throughout Northwest North Carolina.

We're raising funds to provide wholesome Thanksgiving meals and essential food supplies to ensure everyone in our community has a chance to celebrate this holiday season. Donations will go directly toward purchasing preferred items, like canned vegetables, boxed stuffing, and other essentials for a memorable Thanksgiving meal.

Every contribution, big or small, brings us closer to our goal. Thank you for helping us make a difference and spread kindness this Thanksgiving!
