Hope Lives - Vive La Esperanza

Hope Lives-Vive La Esperanza is a 501(c)3 non-profit Peer-Run, Forensic Peer Recovery Support Organization established in 2010. With a deep commitment to overcoming the barriers to care faced by underserved populations and communities we offer unwavering support, ensuring clients overcome various challenges on their recovery journey. Our involvement combats isolation, improves medical care, fosters social interaction, and nurtures robust support networks. Through this holistic approach, we aim to enhance substance use prevention, treatment, and greatly reduce recidivism rates.
