Hope 4 huskies rescue

Hi, my name is Sohee and a lot of you know me as Uni’s mom. A few days ago, this beautiful red husky named Scarlett was posted on my Finding Uni facebook page. It seemed like Scarlett was abandoned in Wapato, WA and badly injured. The finder kept her safe on her property until our amazing volunteers from hope 4 huskies rescue came out to take her to the local emergency vet so she can get checked out. After an initial vet visit, they learned that she had a couple of bite wounds in her hind legs, dislocated hips along with other health issues. They quickly learned that Scarlett needs a surgery asap so they are transporting her to get the surgery in Bend, Oregon. She will have to stay the night at the vet, and will go into surgery either tomorrow or Saturday. My heart breaks for her. Even though she is not Uni, i can see Uni in her and i want to help her as much as i can. Her vet bill is estimated to be between 4-6k and I will try and get the invoice from hope 4 huskies so I can post it here. Please please consider donating. Every dollar counts. Help Hope for Huskies Secure a Transport Van for Rescue Efforts!

**Goal:** $30,000

Hope for Huskies, a dedicated Husky rescue based in Tri-Cities, WA, is in urgent need of a reliable transport van to continue and expand our life-saving efforts. We are seeking donations to purchase a Sprinter-like van that will serve as a lifeline for huskies in need.

**Why We Need This Van:**

Currently, we rely heavily on volunteers and personal vehicles for transporting huskies to and from vet appointments, foster homes, and adoption events. With the rising number of huskies in need and adoptions slowing down, we’ve reached a point where a dedicated transport van is essential. Not only will it improve the efficiency and safety of our operations, but it will also enable us to expand our reach and help even more dogs.

The van will be used for:

- **H4H Transports**:

Safely transporting huskies to vet appointments, foster care, and adoption events.

- **Assisting Other Local Rescues**:

We believe in supporting our local rescue community, and with this van, we’ll be able to offer transport assistance to other rescues when needed.

- **Expanding Adoptions Beyond the PNW**:

With adoptions down in the Pacific Northwest, we’re opening our hearts and doors to potential adopters outside of our region. This van will allow us to transport huskies to approved adopters in a 4-day round-trip radius, covering multiple states (to be determined soon).

This Is Aspen just one of our momma dogs saved.

We are a small, new and struggling. Recently we didn't just take 1 but 2 mamma dogs that gave birth to 15 puppies! 1 was from Texas and saved from euthanization and another was the lone survivor of 3, 2 were shot and killed. And if that wasnt enough we got a plea for help from our local shelter that was beyond capacity with 7 huskies in their care, so we took on 4 more! We are strictly foster based and depend on donations,fosters,and the community. We have almost deleted what little funds we had to set up the FAB 4 from the shelter and still have 15 puppies to medically treat from shots to spays and nueters. Along with 2 mommas spays and 2 from the shelter also.

We need your help. We are desperate, the only way we can continue to help the influx of unwanted huskies is to have the support of folks like you.
