About Hoop Dreams: Live.Learn.Hoop.
Hoop Dreams aims to expose youth from underserved communities to uplifting experiences. We strengthen participants’ social and interpersonal skills through various enrichment programs. Our motto is “Live. Learn. Hoop.” We encourage others to LIVE every day to get closer to their goals, LEARN from life’s lessons, and live a healthy lifestyle through their passion of HOOPING. Since 2010, Hoop Dreams has developed 4,000 student athletes, served 400 families through holiday dinners and toy drives, sent 1,200 students to prom, and mentored 100 students through our Power of ONE Conference.
