A NEW BOX TRUCK
Homeward Vets Inc was founded in 2012 with the finding that there were hundreds of veterans in our area that needed home furnishings once they had successfully transitioned from chronic homelessness.
There were many organizations helping out our veterans get housing and off of the streets but there wasn't anyone there to assist filling the home with furniture.
Homeward Vets provides FREE home furnishings to veterans in need. We serve Massachusetts and
accept new and gently used household items. We work with many local organizations to ensure veterans
are assisted as soon as possible.
Our aging box truck is continually becoming unreliable and we desperately need to have reliable transportation to get the home furnishings to the men and women who served our country we have waiting for our services.
Homeward Vets is not funded in any way by the State or Federal government. All of our money comes from private donations from caring folks like you.
