Greetings to our New Potential Donors:
As you may know, Homeless Helping Homeless, Inc. (HHH) is a nonprofit homeless housing provider since 2009.
HHH has multiple facilities that offer free emergency shelter to men and women, as well as transitional and permanent housing. We have been a free housing provider to the less fortunate, without any government funding or major financial donors in excess of $50,000 per year.
Here is our dilemma: three weeks ago, the roof at our Men's Transitional Housing Facility became completely damaged. All of the clients at that facility had to drop out of the program due to water pouring into the five rooms in the house. This situation has degraded further because it’s been raining every day for the last several weeks. This male transitional housing produces the revenue to cover the utilities, insurance, and monthly payments for two company vans, in addition to two separate mortgages.
As you can see from the pictures and the video, we are going to need the funds to purchase a new roof and to rehab each of the rooms. If we are unable to rehab this facility, we would lose it, as well as our free emergency housing shelter.
We would truly appreciate any contribution toward replacing the roof and rehabbing the five water damaged rooms.
In closing, if you are unable to donate financially, would it be possible that you can help champion this cause by personally promoting this vital campaign to your friends, family and acquaintances?
Please keep in mind, HHH is one of the few agencies that provide housing to individuals who have no money or job.
Thank you so much!
