Help Us Move and Thrive: Support Holy Cross Early Learning Center's New Chapter!

For 67 incredible years, Holy Cross Early Learning Center (formerly known as Holy Cross Nursery School) has been a cornerstone of the Mahwah community at 125 Glasgow Terrace, nurturing generations of young minds with exceptional early childhood education.

Unfortunately, at the end of June 2025 we will not be able to continue at this location due to our lease not being renewed. As we embark on an exciting new chapter, we are preparing to move to a new location that will allow us to continue our mission with renewed vigor and enhanced facilities. Without this opportunity to move across 202, we would have had to close our doors after 67 years!

This move represents a significant milestone in our journey, but it also comes with substantial costs. From relocating our entire school to ensuring a smooth transition, the expenses are considerable. That’s why we’re reaching out to our cherished community of families, friends, and alumni for support.

Our goal is to raise $100,000 to cover the costs associated with this important transition. Funds will be used for the physical move to 280 Ramapo Valley Road across the street to Beth Haverim Shir Shalom. We will need new furnishings as we move from 4 classrooms to 7, and to manage the added and elevated cost of goods needed to keep our preschool running without disruption to create the smoothest possible transition. Your contributions will help us continue providing high-quality education without imposing a heavy financial burden on our families through increased tuition. With your support, we can ensure that Holy Cross Early Learning Center remains a beacon of excellence in early childhood education inclusive of all faiths for the next 67 years and beyond.
