Holy Cow Sisters

Many know that myself (Jared) and my family started a non-profit beef ranch operation 4-5 years ago after I came back from India. Our mission has been: Eat Clean. Be connected (to life and land). Do good. Through our beef sales and donations for the cause, we’ve seen God provide the funds to construct an entire orphanage in Southern India for 70 beautiful Dalit orphans. It’s been incredible. And…it’s been work. There have been countless days where I couldn’t rodeo dozens of cows on my own. Many times, incredible volunteers have come to help. Some times, no one was around except the Vogts. Crystal and the boys often got "roped in" to the unglamorous grunt work of working cows. They have done it willingly, most of the time :), and I’m amazed by them. They didn’t see the dilapidated old orphanage like I did, or have their heart strings tugged by the orphan kids there. They haven’t seen the Indian culture, like I have, so they can’t love it like I do.

Until now. Before Jayden graduates (he is a SENIOR!), we are taking the whole Vogt family of 5 to India! We roll this Thanksgiving break, November 16-25, 2023. I am so excited to show them the people and place I love so dearly. What a perspective-changing way to spend Thanksgiving!

We’ll be on mission, interacting with the orphans, connecting with the pastor and his people in India, and will even help construct a playground for the kids with our friends, the Hudson family.

We’ve been able to support some of you on trips like these before. I’ve led a number of trips many of you or your kids have joined me on. For this trip, we are looking for senders.
