About Historic Southside, Inc.
Historic Southside, Inc., dba Near Southside Arts, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the ongoing redevelopment of Fort Worth's Near Southside as a vibrant, urban, mixed-use neighborhood. This is accomplished through the production of public events where visitors experience strong community ties between businesses and residents. In addition, Near Southside Arts manages the state-designated cultural district. Through these roles, NSA seeks to promote the arts, historic preservation, and cultural tourism; implement targeted investments in public spaces; expand housing choices; and initiate new community partnerships.
