This Christmas, while many families gather around warm homes and joyful tables, hundreds of mothers and children here in Butler County, Greater Cincinnati — and across the ocean in Ghana — will face this season cold, hungry, and alone.
At Highly Favored Foundation, we believe no mother and no child should feel forgotten at Christmas.
Over the past several weeks, we have received urgent calls from women escaping domestic violence, mothers living in motels with their children, and families with no food for the holidays. We have stepped in to cover temporary stays, meals, diapers, transportation, and hygiene kits — but the need has grown beyond what we can meet alone.
This Christmas, we are raising emergency funds to provide:
• Warm meals for families with no kitchen
• Winter coats, blankets, and hygiene kits
• Toys and gifts for children who expect nothing this year
• Support for mothers rebuilding their lives after abuse
• Food, clothing, and small cash gifts for families in Ghana facing extreme poverty
Your gift will bring hope directly to these Christmas outreaches:
• December 13, 2025 — Winter Festival of Hope (YMCA Fairfield, Ohio)
We will bless 300 families with coats, blankets, diapers, hygiene kits, groceries, and toys. These families include single mothers, grandparents raising children, and low-income parents struggling through the winter.
• Christmas Outreach in Ghana, West Africa
We will visit orphaned children living with HIV and widows who have no support. Your donation will provide food, clothing, blankets, and Christmas gifts to families living in deep poverty.
Last year, we served more than 400 women and children under the bridge at Nima Market in Ghana — and we refuse to let these families go another Christmas feeling invisible.
Your generosity will make an immediate impact:
• $25 provides a hot Christmas meal for a mother and her child
• $50 gives a warm winter coat and blanket
• $100 supports an entire family with food, hygiene items, and Christmas gifts
• Any amount brings hope, dignity, and love
As a mother of seven and the founder of Highly Favored Foundation, I have seen how one act of kindness can change everything. Every dollar goes directly to serve women and children — no overhead, no middleman — just compassion in action.
If you are unable to give, please share this link. Your share could place a meal on a table, a coat on a child, or hope in the heart of a mother who feels forgotten.
Thank you for helping us spread Christmas love from Ohio to Ghana.
Together, we can remind families that miracles still happen.
With gratitude,
