HEROES AMONG US is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, located in Kansas City. Our sole purpose is to provide assistance to the men and women who have patriotically risked ALL to provide the defense of our freedom and country. We ARE NOT a national organization. We support those Veteran, active military & 1st Responders that reside or are from the Kansas & Missouri area.
We are 100% volunteers.  More than 90% of every dollar donated goes to our regional Veterans in need.
