Hermiston Education Foundation

Hi there! My name is Caroline Basso, I’m a third grade teacher at Rocky Heights Elementary School in Hermiston Oregon. Each year the Hermiston School District’s Education Foundation has a Dancing with the Stars night to fundraise for local charities. This year I will be volunteering to fundraise for Made to Thrive. Made to Thrive is a local organization that helps provide extracurricular activities to students throughout the Hermiston School District. Activities include sports, arts, music, and outdoor activities. I decided to raise money for Made to Thrive because when I was growing up dance and music were my passion!
